As Pause Journals is based in Dubai, we currently offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE. For international orders, shipping rates apply.

As we’re unable to resell opened or used journals, all sales are final. We encourage you to review your order and the journal features before purchasing.

However, if your journal arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@pausejournals.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Yes! We offer international shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on package weight, and you’ll receive an estimated delivery time along with a tracking link once your order is placed.

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid directly to your local carrier or government. Pause Journals does not collect or cover these fees, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing your order.

We’re happy to assist with order changes as long as your order hasn’t been collected for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, so please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@pausejournals.com. While we can’t guarantee changes after an order has been placed, we’ll do our best to assist you. 

We are currently working on launching a gifting service. In the meantime, all orders are thoughtfully packed in a minimal, recycled pouch.
