As journals are personal-use items, we’re unable to accept returns or resell opened or used products. For this reason, all sales are final. We kindly encourage you to review your order and the journal features listed before purchasing.

However, if your journal arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@pausejournals.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
